On Tuesdays this May, join Jakki for this 4-session workshop designed for those with a basic understanding of 6' flag technique. We will start each session with a warm-up of basic flag exercises, begin to layer in some dance, and then learn some fun tricks and choreography to music.
By the end of the month, participants will have an improved understanding of multi-planar work, a variety of tosses, and how to perform choreography with velocity and direction changes.
Each week will build on the previous weeks, but we invite you to join us for 1, 2, 3 or all 4 sessions as your schedule allows.
Meet us on Tuesday evenings, 6-7pm, near the Singing Oak at Big Lake in City Park. Workshop is FREE to all Spin Club members and only $5/session for all non-members. We will provide flags.
